Had hip replacement just this morning. It's my second hip by Dr Carter. If you need replacement parts, this is where you want to be. This place feels like home. Good caring people. Professional and personable. Special props to the A-Team at the front desk, the face of the company! The exceptional care starts there and doesn't let up until you leave the Checkout area where they have saved the best for last! Nice job everyone! Especially Dr Carter! It is possible to make a very nice “silk” purse out of a sow's ear.

Was treated with care and respect, when I said I was in pain I was taken seriously! Found out what was wrong and had a solution to fix it in one quick appointment. Loved this place, all the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Five years ago, Dr. Berend did a partial right knee replacement, and I had no issue after the surgery. I met with Dr. Berend and their team about my left knee, and the quality, care, and professionalism have not changed. Great Place!

I have been in pain for years. Been to many different providers all telling the same thing nothing we can do and your to young. After looking at my scans, xrays and mri's they helped with my knee pain also taking pride and caring about their patients make 100% of a difference i plan on sending everyone i know to this group.

I love going to this office, everyone from the front desk to out the door have excellent communications, smiles, seem genuinely eager to help and caring. Have dealt with both Dr. Berend’s team and Dr. Penrose and Josh—-all excellent, caring individuals. Thank you for everything, it makes driving the distance worthwhile.

Dr. Penrose spent quite a lot of time with my husband and me, answering questions, especially whether or not, I needed to go to PT. He and Josh Perkins are both wonderful!
