These are the best at what they do. On a scale from 1 to 10 it’s a very easy 15 !!! Every single person I met with in the MCJR were top notch professional & go out of their way to help a person or patient with any questions they have come up with a answer. Dr. Colin Penrose from the first time I met him up to my 3 months follow up yesterday has been there explaining everything ahead of me & my surgery. I know Joshua Perkins has me on speed dial to save himself time to answer all my questions before – during & after my surgery so he could get other things done in his job with thousands of other patients asking questions about their surgeries. Fantastic group – doctors – nurses – all of MCJR people connected are wonderful. You’ll never get involved with another group of people like this group. Thank You each & everyone for helping me out when I couldn’t find anybody else down south here in Evansville to even talk to me from being to heavy to do a total knee replacement surgery. It’s a sad day down here to find a doctor that will help out an obese or morbidly obese person. They try to fat shame you right off the bat !!!

Had hip replacement just this morning. It’s my second hip by Dr Carter. If you need replacement parts, this is where you want to be. This place feels like home. Good caring people. Professional and personable. Special props to the A-Team at the front desk, the face of the company! The exceptional care starts there and doesn’t let up until you leave the Checkout area where they have saved the best for last! Nice job everyone! Especially Dr Carter! It is possible to make a very nice “silk” purse out of a sow’s ear.

Dr. Lackey is such a kind and caring doctor. I recommend him to anyone having knee surgery.

Was treated with care and respect, when I said I was in pain I was taken seriously! Found out what was wrong and had a solution to fix it in one quick appointment. Loved this place, all the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Five years ago, Dr. Berend did a partial right knee replacement, and I had no issue after the surgery. I met with Dr. Berend and their team about my left knee, and the quality, care, and professionalism have not changed. Great Place!

I have been in pain for years. Been to many different providers all telling the same thing nothing we can do and your to young. After looking at my scans, xrays and mri’s they helped with my knee pain also taking pride and caring about their patients make 100% of a difference i plan on sending everyone i know to this group.

Surgery is always stressful. Working with experts who are also very caring people makes the experience much easier.

I love going to this office, everyone from the front desk to out the door have excellent communications, smiles, seem genuinely eager to help and caring. Have dealt with both Dr. Berend’s team and Dr. Penrose and Josh—-all excellent, caring individuals. Thank you for everything, it makes driving the distance worthwhile.
