Meet Physician Assistant Lauren Stokes PA-C

Lauren Stokes is a Physician Assistant who brings 8 years of orthopedic experience to MCJR. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Indiana University while competing in track and field. She then attended George Washington University where she completed her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies and Masters in Public Health.

Lauren enjoys all aspects of patient care but her passion is assisting in the operating room. She works part time and provides coverage for all MCJR surgeons.Her responsibilities include assisting in surgery, seeing new and post-operative patients, and performing joint injections. She is married with two children and enjoys traveling, cooking, and medical mission work.
