The winter is upon us and we're bundled up inside this year more than ever before. Caring for arthritis in 2020 has some extra challenges. But here are some ways to keep your joints healthy this winter.
Kurt Kramer is a graduate of the University of Kentucky Physician Assistant Program. He has nine years of orthopedic experience and has been fortunate to work with Dr. Berend for the past five of those years. Kurt’s clinic responsibilities include seeing new patients and walk-in patients, administering annual rechecks, working up painful joint replacements, performing injections, seeing two-week post-op surgical patients, and helping Dr. Berend.
Kurt also assists Dr. Berend in surgery and in hospital rounds. He is there to help patients every step of the way. He and his wife Jenny have a girl and a boy, Maric and Mac. In his free time, Kurt enjoys spending time with his family and cycling.
